The first phase of a nearly $200,000 remodel at The Strat Hotel Casino features the Race and Sports Book, View Lounge, and Beer Hall. Technical elements include a 110 foot long 1.87mm LED video wall from Yaham. The video wall delivers ultra-high definition images of sports and race along the video wall from nearly 40 sources including DirecTV, race feeds, local cable, streaming services, and property wide digital signage. Crestron’s NVX technology serves as the backbone of the systems, which allows 4K video over standard gigabit networks. The 110 foot video wall is controlled by Analog Way video wall processors and Picturall’s media server that allows the venue to show custom curated artwork on the screens when the book is not showing sports. The Beer Hall itself has nearly 1,000 square feet of LED which creates one of the most exciting places in Las Vegas to watch sports. The View Lounge and Beer Hall have high performance sound systems from Martin Audio UK. The venues video systems are also NVX giving the venues the same video sources as the race and sports book.
